Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU and Irish consumer law, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day cancellation period.
However, this right is subject to exclusions outlined below.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially used.
- Fire suppression or lithium fire containment products once packaging seals are broken.
- Customised or made-to-order safety systems.
- Any product that has been installed, activated, or deployed.
- Items contaminated or exposed to hazardous environments.
These exclusions exist to ensure product integrity and safety for all customers.
Eligible Returns
We will accept returns only if:
- The item is unused and in its original sealed packaging.
- It is returned within 14 days of delivery notification.
- It is in a fully resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Returned items must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request:
- Photographic evidence of the issue.
- Batch or serial numbers.
- Return of the product for inspection.
If confirmed faulty, you will be offered: A replacement product, or a full refund including standard delivery costs.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Safety and Compliance Considerations
Due to the nature of lithium fire protection products, all returns are subject to strict inspection. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where:
- Product integrity cannot be verified.
- Safety seals are broken.
- The item poses a potential contamination or hazard risk.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same product, contact us to arrange this process.
